I went to SimonEye in August for a contact lens exam. They were supposed to order a trial pair of lenses and contact... (More) I went to SimonEye in August for a contact lens exam. They were supposed to order a trial pair of lenses and contact me "early next week" for fitting and dilation. Three weeks later, I called; it took them two hours to figure out that nobody ordered my lenses. They brought me in two days later to try out... the wrong lenses! The doctor promised to order the right ones and have them "early next week..." AGAIN, nobody called. It's been almost a month since my eye exam... STILL NO LENSES. I'm becoming quite sure that Simon Eye Associates will never call me; I will need to call them and sit on hold until someone says, "Um, we don't have your trial lenses." Meanwhile, my eye insurance paid them for the INCOMPLETE contact lens exam, so I can't go elsewhere... isn't that insurance fraud? I will NEVER do business with Simon Eye Associates again.  (Hide)
