I had a minor issue with my TV that didn't justify forking out for a new one. Marcozzi's is the only company that actually took the time and answered my questions when no one else did. I can recommend them and their work - bottom line, they know what they are doing.

called this place to get estimate for a simple lamp for my tv and the person i spoke with was very rude and had very little knowledge on how to look up simple info on a part that i had in my hand.I had the info for him and he said I had to bring the tv to them for a $30 charge before even looking at it.All I'm trying to do is save a little money and all they want to do is rip people off. I had already gotten 2 estimates with no problem because I had the info on me without having to bring the tv in.Thats the difference between good business and very bad business I will be passing the word to friends and family and posting this on facebook.

IT IS SO HARD TO FIND A BUSINESS THAT CARES FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS ANYMORE. WE EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE GOOD OLD DAYS FROM MARCOZZI'S. WE WERE KEPT INFORMED OF THE WHOLE PROCESS OF OUR UNREPAIRABLE YEAR OLD SHARP TV. CHERYL CALLED SHARP NUMEROUS TIMES TO TRY AND GET US SOME SATISFAQCTION FROM SHARP. MANUFACTOR WOULD NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT BUT CHERYL WAS THERE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY TO HELP US. THANK YOU CHERYL YOU ARE ONE OF THE FEW BUSINESSES THAT STILL CARE ABOUT SERVICE. WE WILL SEND AS MUCH BUSINESS AS WE CAN, DON AND MICHELE.
