i wish i could give zero stars. it took glazar a month and a half to repair a brand new air conditioner that they installed. they took baby steps to identify the problem instead of looking at the worst possible cause first. as a result, my entire... (More) i wish i could give zero stars. it took glazar a month and a half to repair a brand new air conditioner that they installed. they took baby steps to identify the problem instead of looking at the worst possible cause first. as a result, my entire upstairs ceiling caved in due to water damage. not only did glazar brothers refuse to accept any responsibility for their lack of ability to repair and assess the initial problem, they had no issues with fully billing us for every service attempt to identify and wrongly correct the problem, nor did they feel the need to take into consideration that their lack of skill caused us to have to replace our entire second floor ceiling, insulation. Plus, the part that was needed was that they ENTIRE pan was fully cracked, something the tech should have been able to identify upon first visiting the house. Steer clear of Glazar, there are plenty others in Wilmington to choose from!  (Hide)

(More) A call to glazar brother to repair a leaking air-condition was well received by the claerk who took the call. I assumed the response would be efficient and the service man would arrive with the required parts. Instead I was que stioned as to why I tthought I had a leaking air-conditioner. I was forced to justify the repair in a round-robin discussion that was awkward , rude and unprofessional. When it was admitted that I had a leaking air-conditioner I was charged $99 for a "consultation fee" However ,unfortunately the repair could not be made the same day because the appropriate part was not on the truck. When I inquired what the cost for the repair would be ,I was told part between $130 and$140. I agreed, and next day service the repair was made. However, to my utter amzement and addtional lcharge was made for $99.00 for a "service call" Such action does not encourage customer loyalty and borders on the.unethical. Avoid this company that deceives.  (Hide)
