I switched to Dexsta after finally becoming fed up with commercial banks, and since the switch I have been very happy. No monthly charges and much simpler to do banking with.

While reviewing my credit report I discovered that this credit union viewed my credit report without my knowledge or permission. This is against the law and I personally think anyone concerned about their credit report and personal information should view their credit report to make sure this did not happen to them.

I've been with Dexsta since a former Girl Friend got me set up with them 14 years ago! This is probably the one and only good thing she did for me. Since all of the bank mergers it is difficult to get any personal service. But at Dexsta I feel like I matter and they are always will to help me. No matter what the problem they always come through for me.They always ready to help!!

the middletown branch is super when it comes to customer service. i've had several problems in redirecting deposits from another bank to here. the ladies at middletown helped me with wire transfers to elimate additional overdraft problems. they were concerned about our problems, acted swiftly and very curtiously. it does'nt get any better than this! thanks again ladies.
