The new administration will run Harlan into the ground. The school is disorganized, chaotic and parents are always misinformed.

All I would say for now is that IB does NOT work in Harlan Elementary. Kids' test scores are abysmal. Move IB to another school. There is no room for foreign language and IB instruction to failing students with emotional problems.

General Info

Harlan Elementary School offers a variety of interactive programs and extracurricular activities. It provides classes to students in grades four through six. The school offers various academic programs, such as English, social studies, mathematics, science, and health and physical education. It also provides music, dance, and fine and performing art classes. The school offers a range of extracurricular activities, such as a band, choir, speech competitions and the National Honor Society. It has a library, computer laboratory and counseling department. The school s special education department offers individual and group counseling to students. It additionally has a parent-teacher association that participates in curriculum and student development activities. Harlan Elementary School is located in Wilmington, Del., and is a part of the Brandywine School District.
