I am a member of Hyatt Legal Services and Mr. Snyderman was listed as a participating attorney. Like the others listed below, I went for a simple will and was not satisfied with his services. It seems to me he prefers telling jokes than practicing... (More) I am a member of Hyatt Legal Services and Mr. Snyderman was listed as a participating attorney. Like the others listed below, I went for a simple will and was not satisfied with his services. It seems to me he prefers telling jokes than practicing law. We were so frustrated due to his lack of follow through, we reported him to Hyatt where I found out they have received numerous complaints about him and are considering removing him from their referral list. Eventually, we received our documents but only after Hyatt became involved. Save yourself the frustration and hire a different attorney.  (Hide)

I also used him a few years ago to prepare wills for my parents. During the initial meeting, I met with his secretary who took down the essential information. She was wonderful. We had the will within the promised 2 week timeframe. I recently... (More) I also used him a few years ago to prepare wills for my parents. During the initial meeting, I met with his secretary who took down the essential information. She was wonderful. We had the will within the promised 2 week timeframe. I recently contacted his office to prepare my will thinking it was going to be the same service. Rebecca (his secretary) has since moved on and I still haven't received my will or a phone call back from him. Disappointing.  (Hide)

I had the same experience with my will. He took the information (and my money) and despite several follow-up phone calls and emails, never produced the will. i have had several settlements with him and everything was fine. He took the information (and my money) and despite several follow-up phone calls and emails, never produced the will. i have had several settlements with him and everything was fine. Disappointed with service received. Over promised; under delivered. (More) Disappointed with service received. Over promised; under delivered. During the initial meeting, he was confident in taking my case which was the preparation of a simple will; however, he did not follow up. After waiting two months for him to start the process, I ended up finding another attorney who prepared and finalized the will within two weeks. On a positive note, I used Mr. Snyderman's office a couple years ago, and found his staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and provided wonderful service; however, this time around he had a completely new staff. Perhaps, the kinks are still being worked out.  (Hide)
