Horrible customer service. I can NOT recommend this company for propane needs. I've been waiting for propane for a week and was told again they only have one driver and are too swamped to get to me. I was told to turn down my thermostat last week and today Ivena told me to "call another company." I always called when at 20% as they directed and they never get to me quickly. I'm at less than 5% now and they still can't get to me today, a week later.

You have to pay cash, but it usually has the lowest orice in town for it.
