Friday night July 29 we were shopping for some trim paint, the women took about 7-8 minutes before even acknowledging us. she was mixing a paint for another person, that left the order to come back an pick up. We stood and waited. She didn't say she would be with us or acknowledge us. Also we looked at flooring. Ken was great. The women we first spoke to was a bit insulting and when we were telling her what we wanted she kept saying she didn't care. I was put back by that, maybe she thought it was funny, but I didn't. Personally I wouldn't have placed an order with her. But I would with Ken. With so many out of work now, you'd think that the people that do have jobs, would be more pleasant and helpful. With that many home improvement places around, I would think the management would hire friendly willing to help personnel, l favorite, or highly recommended because
