By far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They have cost me over a $1,000 in fees because I was not able to close on my house. I am active duty military and do not live close to any of the "convienent" locations so I rely on on line banking and over the phone transactions. I have called the bank 10X in the past week and I was assured that the funds would be at the receiving bank by Friday. Well- today is Monday and they have no way to track where my money is- but they certianly took it out of my account. What kind of bank has no tracking information on money that is wired from their bank? Where is my money- and when will it make it to the receiving bank?
