They were very helpful with making sure my speaker was fixed , I spoke with this lady named shy she was very helpful and made sure I left with my speaker working again , I will definitely be back again if something else goes wrong , I highly recommend to go to them !! They have wonderful customer service

Came here to have my factory radio re installed. Mike was wonderful, got me in on a Saturday and was out within a half hour. He didn't even charge me for this as I gave my old non working radio to the store. Wonderful people, efficient and nice place. Have always gone here if I need anything for my car. Highly recommend!!

Today I visited Custom Radio in the transit town plaza. I've been doing business with custom radio for many years. The service they provide is much more than the original installation. They work very hard and stand by there work. I have recommended this business to my family and friends. One last thing, the have always gone a step further to make there product shine. Horrible business. Sales people don't care. Oh I would have to check with the owner, i was told. Of course he wasn't there. Wasn't there the 4 other times I was back. People are nice but not allowed to do anything by themselves. I don't know if that place is going to last. Nothing is ever in stock, showroom is a mess and getting something done is like getting your teeth pulled

I received excellent service in selecting what I wanted and getting it installed. I was immediately provided with a written quote once I chose what I wanted. After the install, Lex paired my cel phone to the Bluetooth and made sure i knew how to work everything else. Very knowledgable staff, highly recommend.
