      I like odyssey. It is a very comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I notice all kinds of people of all ages just laughing and encouraging one another. I see a lot of the same faces, regulars, and it makes me think that they all enjoy coming because it is a family gathering. It is not intimidating and there are exercises for all levels. The instructors are great and make all feel welcome. I do spin, body vive, and have had a trainer in the past. I also like to do my own thing on occasion. Oh yes and I do TRX.,. Really great stuff. Hope to be there for awhile. try it and have a happy day.

      Founded in 1975, Odyssey Fitness is one of the largest health and fitness centers in Northeastern Pennsylvania. The center offers a range of fitness and wellness services to members. It also provides a variety of weight-lifting equipment. In addition, Odyssey Fitness offers group fitness classes. The center provides community service programs to increase community awareness related to fitness and wellness. It additionally offers yoga, self-defense and cycling sessions to customers. The center administers summer camps that include recreational activities for children. It organizes various fundraising events. Odyssey Fitness maintains a location in Wilkes Barre, Pa.
