      When Monica arrived in Wichita, Kansas in 2003, she read about the Kansans' throbbing sweet tooth. Monica, a Registered Nurse with a degree in Health Care Administration, decided to put her health care career on hold to launch a specialty cake shop using her lifelong recipe box. She opened Monica's Bundt Cake Co in 2005 with the objective of satisfying everyone's craving for a great tasting cake with exceptional eye appeal, made from scratch with quality ingredients. For her, it was a natural progression to her life, allowing her to be the people pleaser she is and to tap vast stores of creativity. She offers a variety of Bundt cakes including the Bundt Runt ( serves 1 ), the Bundtlette ( serves 2 ), the Bundt Junior ( serves 4 ), the 8 inch Bundt ( serves 8 ), and the 10 inch Bundt ( serves 16 ). In the Summer of 2010, our Cake Artist, was added to our team of skilled professionals enabling Monica's Bundt Cake Co to offer seasonally decorated cupcakes, amazingly delicious and beautifully decorated sheet cakes, and traditional Tiered Wedding Cakes. Brides of all ages have recognized our Bundt recipes are not only delicious but quite stunning for their wedding day. In addition to Bundt cakes for any occasion, Monica's Bundt Cake Co offers Nordic Ware Bake ware for the home baker, JC Crystal Reader glasses to help you see your recipes, and Nielsen Massey Flavor Extracts to set your cakes apart from the competition. Monica's Bundt Cake Co is happy to support the arts by participating in Final Friday Gallery Crawl and Music Theatre Performers Card. Monica's Bundt Cake Co can be found out in the community at such events as Taste of Wichita, Holiday Galleria and Women's Fair. As a founding member of The Douglas Design District and a supporter of innumberable charitable events throughout the year, Monica's Bundt Cake Co is an active participant in the Wichita community. In May 2009, Monica's began placing her Bundtlettes and 8 inch Bundts in five local Dillons Supermarkets. Already that number has increased to fifteen stores as we continue to grow. We have a modest goal here at Monica's Bundt Cake Co....to become the next Sara Lee!!!!! LOL. Monica is happy have her "Party on a Plate" Bundt Cake Co on east Douglas Avenue in Wichita. As a licensed vendor of Nordic Ware, the American manufacturer of Bundt cookware, Monica's joins the ranks of premiere bakeshops across the nation exclusively featuring the Bundt Cake.
