I signed off and paid for kitchen cabinets, laundry room cabinets and a bathroom vanity. I received damaged, incorrect, and partial resolution and only due to the fact that I contacted the cabinet manufacturer saving B&B thousands of dollars in a resolution. Don't let the friendly staff fool you. Management are beyond ignorant and incompetent.. I'm still out money for material and labor due to their errors. This response from management represents the lack of professionalism and ignorance I state above. "your voice is being heard. I will let you know of my decision once I reach it". Clearly, there will be no resolution until I file a law suit.

Outstanding customer service! I called about a broken door knob that was purchased there by our builder 3 years ago. They said come on down & we'll fix it. When I tried to pay, they said no charge-warranty work. They totally could've charged me & I would've paid, as I was unable to find that knob(really a lever) anywhere. That is a store that stands behind their products! They're honest, & to me & my husband, that's a big deal. We live in Andover, and though completely out of our way, we will definitely be shopping there again! Thank you!!

This is a very great place!! The employees are very knowledgeable, and helpful. Friendly, and not crowded like the bigger stores. Believe it or not, some of their prices are much lower than Lowes or Home Depot on many things. I love this place, and you will too!!! Great customer service, so get to know this place if you haven't already!
