E. waters & Associates were very helpful. I decided to write a review to let current or future clients know that they definitely do help. It takes time though. A long time. For us it took a full year for them to modify our loan. Believe me you need to be patient. This process doesn't happen in a couple of months. I've known people who waited for almost 2 years of constant handing in update pay stubs and bills but it eventually worked out. The only thing that I will say negatively about E. waters & Associates is their communication isn't the best. I find myself trying to contact them only to have their number sometimes just ring nonstop with no pick up. That's the reason why I rated them 4 stars instead of 5. But trust me if you want to modify your loan this is the place to go. We are very happy with the results and we can now afford to live in our house. Thank you Mr. Waters and your staff.

Le doy gracias a Dios por haberme acercado a la firma de el Sr. Waters. Mi familia y yo estbamos perdiendo las esperanzas porque ya no podamos pagar el prstamo. Nosotros tenamos un prstamo 80/20. La firma de el Sr. Waters logro eliminarme el prstamo chiquito, yo deba 80 mil al banco y ellos lograron que yo pudiera eliminar ese prstamo con un cantidad baja. Despus, trabajaron con el prstamo grande y lograron bajarme la tasa de interes del 6% al 2%. Cuando me llamaron a informarme de la modificacin no podia creerlo pues haba pasado un tiempo de yo haberlos contratado ah aprend que ellos siempre tuvieron mis intereses en mente. Siempre estar agradecido de ellos.

Hi my name is Manny I would like to confess my experience with this lawyer. I hired this lawyer in June last year he promised me to reduce my mortgage by doing modifications. He charged me 4000$ in legal fee and its already one year and progress wasnt shown throughout the year. Now my mortgage company denied my petition. The secretary for this attorney hid the fact the lawyer isnt as helpful as he promised. This attorney of lawyer promises people on the Hispanic radio to help reduce their mortgage companies, but in the end they scammed you with your money...So on this note avoid this attorney because theyll scam you as they did to me and many others.

This lawyer is not seriously them attract new customers and do not solve anything and when I call them no answer,and if they answer you say anything you respond,,,,
