After my spouse received her new glasses from White Bear Eye Clinic she discovered she no longer had near vision when wearing them. She contacted the clinic and they told her it would take a while for her eyes to adjust. After 3 plus months of trying to get used to the new glasses without success she contacted the clinic. They told her the 90 warranty had passed and they would not fix the problem. She called back on another day and spoke to someone else who looked at her prescription and told her they had made a mistake and she should have had bifocals. The person on the phone assured her they would correct the problem at no cost and give her new lenses. After several weeks my spouse called the clinic again to see why the new lenses had not arrived. She was again informed that the 90 day warranty had passed and they would do nothing. Along the way they had "updated" her prescription in their computers to correct the error but would still not honor their warranty. Unbelievably horrible business practices.

Have been going here for years now. Dr. Roberts is very professional, friendly, always does a great job fitting contacts and updating as needed. The office staff is great, love the location.

Dr. Roberts is the best eye doctor our family of six has found in the twin cities. They also have an excellent selection of frames.

we were looking for the white bear eye clinic as we walked down washington square. it was hard to tell which windows were theirs. we couldn't see into them, they were filled with bunches of fake flowers and toys. not very professional looking for a clinic. do they sell glasses there?
