I purchased nearly $200 in hanging baskets At Nicky's Garden Center last spring. They were gifts for Mother's Day and birthdays as well as for my own home. Every flower in every basket was dead or nearly dead within a few weeks. They were being cared for at several different homes, all of which had MANY other flowers that all looked spectacular. I wrote to the center with copies of my receipts showing the amount I had spent and explained how poorly their products had done at several different houses, but was simply told "sorry, we have no guarantee on annuals". No offer of even a partial refund for these worthless flowers. I will NOT buy from Nicky's Garden Center again and I advise others to look elsewhere. Very poor customer service!

very disappointed with the service. Purchased several vegetable plants and flowers through a Corpus Christi school fundraiser. All tomato plants died and they would not exchange 3 lousy plants. During the next PTG meeting I will advise that we DO NOT purchase anything else from Nicky's. Three tomato plants is a far cry from an entire school purchasing items, not a good way to do business. Do not recommend at all.
