Jim took weeks to get us our estimate and refused to allow us to have goodwill pick up our car to donate it because we supposedly owed him storage fees for having our car parked there for 3 weeks. We never knew about the storage fees, never signed a contract about fees, only wanted to get our car fixed. This company is not truthful, please be very wary of doing business with them.

The only reason I give this place a one on anything is it is required. Pray that you or any of your family for that matter do not get this place due to an accident on the roads of Oconee, S.C. So if you live in our beautiful county and you don't have a towing company. Please choose one now. That or take a gamble on that rotation list (what a joke), now if your one to play Russian Roulette than by all means go ahead. But these people and their driver's are not at all professional nor do they have any expertise in the towing industry. They never contacted me as the owner of the vehicle, nor did they bother to ask or offer to get the driver of my vehicle to a safe place, or if the driver wanted the vehicle dropped at my home, or called or stopped to see about payment, but instead took it upon their selves to take it to their yard. And here's the topper I had to send after the driver and i was in the yard and in contact by phone to the driver and theyt were if front of the roll back, So imagine my surprise when they brought the driver here and the tow truck went left when they turned right. My friend was already 45 minutes late for work and was already at risk of losing her job she put at risk to go and pick the driver of my Vehicle up. Or I would have not only chased your driver down but would have made his ass turn around and dropped my dad's truck at my home. And paid you crooked f÷!ks. Jim if you this F%\& off you piece of Sh#t. You and your cronies. You all from you your driver's down to sh!t ticket Highway Patrolman that night who made my wife stand in the fu+k!ng rain. Karma has a very big mouth, and the state taking most of you lot was just the beginning of her consuming you. I'm not hard to find but me and my dad built that one you stole plain out, if you wanna speak with me I'm here on the corner of Blackjack and Hwy.11 everyday at 106 Blackjack

My daughter swerved to miss an animal and ended up in the woods. AAA sent out jim's to tow the vehicle, they repaired the car did an excellent job I would recmend them highly.

My wife and I checked in on vacation and my truck rolled into a brick wall and smashed up the front end. Jim was there in less that a half hour, towed our vehicle and arranged for a loaner while we were there. He was great and I looking forward to the good job I know he'll do on my truck.
