**Buyer Beware***

Took my car to Nick Mayer Lincoln service for 4 new tires and an alignment. They did an OK job mounting and balancing the tires, however, they did not do the alignment on the rear tires correctly. I took it back to Nick Mayer to have them look at it.

The alignment was wayyyy off. They denied any fault, and said they would have to double-charge me for an ADDITIONAL alignment check.

I wanted to pay with an American Express credit card, and they refused service unless I paid with CASH. I inquired why and the girl at the front desk stated that she didn't want me to chargeback the service. Apparently they get a lot of chargebacks.

The person running the front desk was rude, and spoke to me in a condescending manner. Very unprofessional.

Terrible customer service, poor quality repairs. The service department honestly has no idea what they are doing.

Businesses like this give car dealerships a bad name.

Very friendly , fast and efficient .
Reminded me I had a couple easy re-calls on my vehicle. They made sure I had time and they took care of them right then and there and wash my car . Just went in for oil change . Glad they took care of me. I will be going back along with the rest of my family

Dave Moga provided excellent customer service this morning when I went to get an oil change. My car was done in less time than anticipated. Dave is professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
