I went in to pay my bill & to add minutes to my boyfriends phone. There was a new employee and he did a great job. I think his name is Walter( not sure). He did an awesome job being fairly new.

Well of course then there is Dawn who is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME , she helped me to get another laptop. Was able to defer payments until March 11, which is a BIG help to me... THANK YOU ALL... YOU ARE ALL AN AWESOME TEAM....

I love using the yellow pages a lot and I use it for friends a lot I used it a lot the other day and especially when people are moving and they need like a storage place to put stuff in that they cant take to their new place that they are going to especially if you are moving to a very small place I know that all to well

Friendly people all around! Helps to keep things within a budget and allows us to own things that we normally wouldn't be able to afford. :-)

I think all the other reviews are fake since I would never give this Westbrook store 5 stars. the manager had me in tears or crying at least 3 times now. I have paid off on 3 agreements and I seriously cannot believe how disrespectful someone could be. If I couldn't make it in to pay, I'd dread that phone call. I once didn't get paid on the day I though, I was accused of being a liar! I've talked to other premier stores and got great service. But I don't believe if anyone got great service it wasn't from there current manager.
