I'm not sure who the previous reviewer was referring to, but I'm a business owner in the Worcester area and have been using Harvey for our trash and recycling needs for over 5 years. I can't think of one negative thing to say. Their pricing is competitive and they don't jack you up every year like some of the large companies. They've gone out of their way on multiple occasions when we needed them to. Customer service is knowledgeable, patient (even when they don't have to be) and my account rep is fantastic. I'm a huge supporter of locally owned/family run businesses and Harvey is one I believe in and will continue to support.

If I could give no stars I most certainly would have. We pay to use there services yet they will not let you come more then once a day? When we tried to figure out why they where extremely rude and told me call board of health and where rude and made rude remarks. Overall get a dumpster from anyone else and never go to this company! Read reviews online there isn't even one good one!
