I called this business after looking far and wide for a good nail salon (which is hard to come by these days) I got the woman on the phone and she was very pleasent.



I asked about an appointment for today (Monday) and she said "no we dont have time today" (understandable) I said okay how about tomorrow, "no we are closed tomorrow" (okay thats fine too)



So then I asked her if she had anything Wednesday and she says "no we dont have time wednesday either...."



Even then It was okay, i said "okay when do you have time?" (Instead of going down the days of the week with her to only keep hearing her say no no no , instead of telling me when she did have time to see me.)



(which is what she should have done the minute she didnt have time for me today, was suggest a possible time she did have for me)



'Maybe Sunday?" was the only answer I recived.



I understand that a business can get busy, however I do know that there is more than one person there. If you want someone's business there is a much better way to go about talking to them. I didnt feel welcome to be a patron of the establishment by any means. She just kept shutting me down until she finally gave me the option of POSSIBLY almost a WEEK out. Even then she didnt ask if I wanted to make



She had no desire to book me for an appointment and was rushing me off the phone.



This could have been a very nice place, that I may have returned. The way I was treated on the phone was enough for me to not want to take my business there, being that she made me feel as though there was no time for my business at all.



I hate to give a negitve revirew without even going, however this business did a very good job not making me want to even go. I felt on the phone as though they do not even wish to have my business nor do they need it. She could have handled this very differently.



For that, this is some place I would not recoomend, knowing that they treat you that way over the phone.

I love the staff they are so friendly and talented! A relaxing and clean place of business.

Holly is the best , I love her salon its very clean and friendly and she stands by her work very well :)
