In my practice, I help clients from all walks of life. We work on issues related to marriage and family relationships, weight loss, eating disorders, stress, anxiety and depression. I partner with George Pazdral, MD, in unique collaborative counseling sessions for couples. This combined male-female approach helps eliminate gender bias. For weight loss, eating disorders and stress or anxiety, I often team with a nutritionist for leading-edge therapies.
