Brookside is the greatest most wonderful people I've ever dealt with, They have taken care of my animals over the years evenPut some down always with the same grace and caring nature.

We have been taking our kids to Brookside for years...so long that Karma's staff has had to put down several of my babies and they do it with such care. I love the staff and even though some of the front desk staff can be a little harsh at times, once you get to know them they are sweethearts. I love Brookside and the care they give to my 7 kids!!!

My family has been taking our dogs to Brookside for years- since before Karma took over the practice from her father! Now that I am independent and on my own I have taken my first dog, Bear the Boxer, since he was 5 weeks old. Bear developed a celiacs/pancreatitis condition and Karma has been so attentive and aware with his treatment. She could have easily just prescribed lots of expensive medication to take care of his symptoms but instead really looked at treating the source of his condition- his diet. With Karma's help we have found an organic dog food that has kept Bear healthy and out of the Pet E.R.! The care is affordable and you can't get the same service anywhere else. I have to rate this Business a 5+ star rating. The staff is experienced. The front staff sometimes seems a little cranky. I would not trade that office staff for any other in the valley. My dog has been seen there since 2003. I used to take her to another expensive vet's office on the east side closer to my home. I feel good knowing that my dog will be seen by the same doctor each time. Brookside has had the same staff since I started going there. Vets are not changing every 3-6 months. The care is excellent and the prices are reasonable. So, if you ask me, Would I rather have a front office person who can smile or do I want a person dealing me at the front office who knows what they are doing? I would rather take someone with experience rather that a smile. And by the way they do smile. Brookside Rocks. gidgette & Sue

I absolutely love Brookside. I have been taking the family pets here for many years. The cost is low and the service is great.

We have taken our dogs to this clinic a few times due to their convenient location and low prices on routine vaccinations. Their clinical staff is excellent, but I'd rather pay twice as much somewhere else than deal with their cranky front office staff one more time. Calling to make appointments usually results in a huge sigh of disappointment, followed by a, "Just bring your dog in whenever and we'll see if we can get to her." There are also several cats who roam the office, which is fine, but if the cat approaches my dog ON LEASH, the receptionist usually snaps at me to take my dog to another corner of the room.
