The "Yukon Mining Company", one of West Hollywood's longstanding guilty pleasures, might just hit the spot. Sit out the lingering haze from one too many rounds, indulge in affordable, comfort foods like ham and cheese omelets, eggs, burgers, fries or fried chicken, sample the eye-candy spillover from the neighborhood dance floors, or tank up for after-hours dancing here.

Open 24-7, this friendly restaurant and coffee shop servers up garden variety American diner fare and home-style entrees. The dcor, which pushes the California Gold-rush theme with dark, rustic wood, seems to suit the diner mood and food.

Expect some delays in service and food during the post-2 a.m. rush following club evictions. But few late-nighters seem to mind this, given the friendly wait staff, table mining and phone number exchanges that go on.
