Since opening for business on August 10, 1868, Webster Five has played an integral role in the development of our region. Our mission has remained constant to support local neighborhoods and provide personal, one-on-one financial solutions and exceptional service through every life stage. To further our commitment to the highest-quality customer service, in 2007, the Bank implemented a bank wide 18-month Sales and Service Employee Training Program to ensure our employees are living the brand and our commitment to our customers, and their future. At the same time, we offer the community the latest customized financial products and services to serve any personal or business need no matter how simple or sophisticated. And, our customers can feel confident knowing their money is fully secure not only through the FDIC, but also by the Depositors Insurance Fund. While many local banks have been bought by or merged with out-of-state megabanks, Webster Five has remained dedicated to personal, face-to-face service at every one of our branch locations.
