We switch to YES Property Management Group located in Nutley, NJ and it is like night and day. What a difference when you have a real property management company that is pro-active and transparent. We should have done it sooner. Good luck.

Cambridge Mangement is just plain bad! Try and get something done or an answer from their staff. There is no accountability. Also why the name change to Hampton Property Management? As two other reviewer wrote, maybe they are a front.

Cambridge Management is the horrible. I was on the condo board when we had them take over as our property management company. In the beginning they were great. As time went by the quality of the service the provided got real Bad. They hired substandard contractors. Their in house maintenance crew is a joke. They hold you maintenance payment forever without cashing your check. They run the complex like a prison camp. The owner has moved to Florida and opened another office there. Maybe this one is a front. It also seems that if you call with too many problems/complaints your blacked listed. They also manipulate the board officers so they do not have to answer any questions. I give you fair warning: stay away from this company.

Cambridge Managment is a horrible and un-reliable management company. I have lived in my complex for 4 years now and have been through 2 managers for this company. As for the other 2 reviews, where you state that they must have grievances to air or are being unfair, that is not true. I call and leave messages, send e-mails, get no return calls. I've had open work orders for repairs from when I first purchased my house and still have not had the repairs done. They are beyond unprofessional and do not know how to run a management company. This is from a very unsatisfied HOME OWNER, not a renter, where one would expect to get more attention.

Horrible Management Association. Cannot get addresses correct. They are terrible at getting back to you. In fact no one is ever there to answer the phone or even return and e-mail. It appears to be a "front" company.

Terrible management, especially hiring the most horrible contractors for doing a lousy job. Then they rob you off a lot of money for the worst service on earth. I called them 4 times for the address change, they keep sending the statement to my old address even 18 of my bill collector s updated theirs in a single day. How dumb or careless can someone be?

I was rather surprised to read the negative review regarding Cambridge Management. Our association began dealing with Cambridge Mgt Services recently and myself, as well as other owners, have had nothing but success with them. The staff of women there are more than willing to help; at times going beyond what I expected. Not everyone can be pleased with every service all the time but for our needs and the service they provide I give them 5 stars! The negative review sounds like someone who is disgruntled and wishing to "air their anger" for all to see. Cambridge Mgt Services even has an emergency system that you can reach 24 hours a day even after their office has closed. I'm very satisfied with Cambridge Mgt Services and recommend them.
