2 stars only for this company. The sales department is great but the service dept is a joke.

Ordered custom fabric for couches & pillows, fabric we chose for the couches was unavailable so it took 3 extra weeks for delivery to have pillows done. Wrong tables were delivered to our home after the 3 weeks. We finally had to return the incorrect tables to the store & pick up the tables we ordered, which we then had to put together ourselves!

We bought 2 major appliances from them 5 years ago and have problems with both. The front loading washer is too expensive to repair and will have to be replaced. We were not told about extra maintenance issues (needs yearly re-balance the drum) or warned about special detergent to use... $750 down the drain! The range is a light smooth top which is a pain to keep clean. The salesman we worked with was rewarded for his 'customer service focus' with a promotion to store manager up in Rhinelander. God help the unsuspecting citizens of Rhinelander.

We purchased our bedroom furniture at the end of April and was told it would be delivered to our home by the middle of June. We finally received all but one nightstand in September. Apparently the 2nd nightstand is still on backorder and we "should" get it by the end of November. For the amount of money we paid (over $4000), it would have been nice to get our furniture when promised. We understand that things can happen, but to wait close to 8 months for our entire order is a bit ridiculous! Not to mention, they never called us once to tell us about the delay, to apologize for the inconvenience, or offer some sort of compensation for our trouble. My Fiance` and I had to track them down. Then to top it off, one of the pieces to our bed is broken and it took over a month to order the part ---someone is coming out today to fix it. So, unless you're buying directly from the salesfloor, we suggest going elsewhere!
