I have been taking my quality name brand clothing here for many years and have made a lot of money. I have tried other stores in the past and none of them have done as well for me as this store. I just recently moved and brought furniture for the first time and they did a great job better then I ever could have anticipated. The employees are always so helpful and friendly compared to other places . This is a must go to store. Thank you Family Treasures .

Horrible place to take items to. I took a real garnet ring in 18k gold, a diamond promise ring, and a Montana Silversmith necklace and earing set and none of the items sold, yet none of the items were there when I went to pick up. Some of my items that I dropped off at the same time were there, however, so I know they didn't donate my items yet. I inquired about it and the employee was rude, and the owner doesn't hold accountibility for lost, stolen or dammaged items. I was extremely pissed, to say the least. They don't keep a list of everything you bring in, so there is no proof that those items even had ever been there. They only record items that have been sold. Terrible experience.

Not a good store to take your things.....last 6 boxes,didn't sell a thing and all was high end clothing. Something's not right with this store. Found some of the items at another resale shop. They lost a customer. Others have had same experience and won't do business with them either.

The staff is very friendly which is positive but for those thinking of bringing their clothing there like high end expensive clothing that has barely been worn ...especially items with the tags still on them....I would not recommend not taking your items here. I had very expensive clothing, some with tags still on them, and in three months I have only made $11.00. I probably would have made more on my clothing by selling in a rummage sale.

Love love love this store. The gal that owns it is so sweet and friendly and her staff is nice and helpful as well. It;s set up so cute in there and always clean and well displayed. (doesn't smell like other stores) Always quality namebrand clothing and their prices are very reasonable. They now have furniture which is exciting because I just furnished my sons apartment with great stuff and at really good prices. I have taken my things to other consignment stores to sell in the past and I never got much money nor did I get treated with respect but at Family Treasures I made alot of money and if she didn't accept something she was willing to explain why in a courteous manner. This is a must go to place.

Very Friendly and helpful over the phone. Can,t wait to stop and shop.
