My sister lives at Rivers Edge and I think I'm going to be moving in with her this summer so we can both save money. She's been there for just over a year and her apartment is super cute! I loved using the pool there last summer and I'm sure I will be this year too! It seems like a nice place. I'm probably moving in, so I hope so!!

I was disappointed living here. One of my friends moved here after their apartment burned down. My friend told me that the maintenance wasnt very good and they had to come back to fix a drawer three times. She said they nitpicked her apartment when she moved out. Maintenance was pretty bad and after my lease ended they charged me for a whole towel rod bar for a 2cm dent in it. I think that is a little ridiculous.

Terrible staff. You can call the maintenance team all you want, but they don't fix the issue. They only do temporary fixes that might hold for a little while. They have gas stoves, and sometimes the apartment will smell like gas. Not to mention its very loud. Neighbors have no respect for your sleeping schedule, as well as there is a church very near and they ring their bells at 11am, 12pm, 2pm and 6pm. The rent might be cheap, but so is the apartment itself. The counters and carpet stain very easily. The heat might be free, but it doesn't keep temperature very well and also doesn't work very well in the bedroom. The windows are very breezy when winter comes. Their "central air" consist of one AC unit in the apartment (for a one bedroom) which resides in the living room and does not cool off the bedroom very much. They only offer AT&T internet service (which really sucks by the way). I have been living here for almost 2 years, and I will not be staying a 3rd.

I've been here for about 2 years and I'd recommend others to live here. It's very affordable, quaint, nice staff, nice area, and I have good neighbors. We are all considerate of each other and know each others schedule so we keep an eye out for one another. It's just me and my cat so having attentive neighbors makes me much more comfortable with living alone. I moved here from a different apartment a couple years ago when I learned how much money I could save! I was paying a gas bill plus $80 more a month for rent before I moved. Yes, it was a nice place but so is this. Just smaller. But no gas bill! I think they should have bigger trash dumpsters since the one at the building where I live tends to get full fast. Carports would be nice especially in the winter but overall, I'm very happy here.
