Have used Denali in the past several times and have always been very happy with there service. Lost there number and found this page while searching for it again. I can not say enough good things about Them except Call if you need quality. Will

One word......Fantastic. In a day where at times you think nobody offers good service these guys come along and prove you wrong. From the office to the house, all great. The quality of work is just as good. They do everything to do the job right the first time. They go above and beyond to get the job done. To end, my wife and I just want to say thank you for the great service.

The customer who wrote this negative comment was under the impression we never called her to schedule service when in fact we did (and had proof). This customer had used us in the past and seemed happy with our service. (Probably why she called us back for service again). We always strive to give excellent service to our customers ....unfortunately the internet is a place for folks to write slanderous comments and reviews about good businesses like ours. Hopefully the comments made by this upset customer will not discourage you from considering using our company for your appliance repair needs. Thank you for reading!

I contacted them to schedule an appt. to fix our refrigerator on 8/17. The receptionist said they would call me the next day. On8/29 I finally called them back and the receptionist was laughing and said that she had left me a message on 8/26. She never did I have caller ID and it shows they havent called since 8/17. I told her that I though she was rude for laughing and her husband grabbed the phone and told me that if she said she called then she did.....No she didnt I have proofe and she would have been 9days late even if she did call..... This is terrible customer service and I would not recommend ever using this company!....
