job Corp was the best days of my life as a teenager!!! Potomac job Corp was awesome full of opportunity and fun memories!!! I went to job Corp when I was 18, sometimes I just wish I could rewind time and do it all over again!!! Potomac Job Corps is the best!!

I attend dc potomac job corps and my first week was the best ever. The staff made me feel comfortable with the free trips out to eat, the movies, malls, etc. In dorm 54, it has been an ongoing problem that hasn't yet been fixed. Bedbugs will attack u over there. I got bitten all on my face, neck, arms, and thighs. I was ready to quit and drop out. I got bit three nights in a row and I complained to staff. They acted as if they didn't have the bedbug problem before i got there. They sprayed my bed, switched my mattress, and still bedbugs were attacking me as well as others. I had to move into the Newer_cleaner dorms (d1 and d2)My only problem is this. Why are they still bringing new faces into the program to get eaten by them? It's almost like they don't care in a way. 54 dorm is where all the new recruits come in. then n maybe four weeks you move to luxery. They should get rid of dorm 54. I'm not the only victum of this problem.Somebody please help. The staff should stop wasting funds.
There is no place like Potomac. It Center Director, Jeffrey Barton and Senior Staff work tirelessly to ensure that the students attending the Center are cared for and that they take full advantage of what the program offers them. It is the best and safest place in the DC area to recommend to parents who have no where to go and cannot afford expensive educational programs. The Vocational skills taught at potomac produces students who earn at least 15 dollars an hour working in their trade. For those who cannot afford community college, Potomac Job Corps Center is the optimal alternative in these difficult financial times. Feel free to call and check it out.... Know that the image given of Job Corps Centers as a place where troubled and dangerous youth go to is false. Potomac offers a safe and nurturing place for students. Just make sure that as a parent you connect with he staff and as a student, you make it your business to take advantage of this free 30K education,
