We were dreading the sewer connection work but Diffley made it really painless. They knew what they were doing and did a great job.

After being stood up by a national company for a port-a-john that I needed for a family picnic, Diffley & Daughters Septic & Plumbing came through with flying colors. They were courteous and went out of their way to help me. They delivered a port-a-john within an hour!!! That's service we all need in our time of need. The unit was clean and the supplies were included. I would recommend them to anyone. Stay with the local businesses! They ‘aim’ to please.

I called Diffley in May to set up an appointment and never received a call back. Okay, stuff happens, messages get lost. I call them again in June and was put on hold with some pleasent music for 10 MINUTES. The woman that answered the phone was very nice and took my name and address and said the driver will call me. Well if you think Rocky Balboa is hard to understand try to listen to this guy! He speaks like he is half asleep, He is suppose to show up between 8-9 am, i call the office at 9:15. The guy was at my house but didnt' ring the door bell but left a phone message that he was here. So i see the call and call him back! I told him he should have came to the door his responsed was " I DON'T STEP FOOT ON SOMEONES PROPERTY WITHOUT THEM KNOWING IT" I asked if he could come back he sternly said NO! I started to explain the previous problems and he just cut me off and said. THEN WHY DON"T GO SOME WHERE ELSE. so Now I am..I won't use them!!!! Life has many miserable people, i won't hire one...
