(More) After some ten years of marriage, my wife asked that her engagement ring be re-set to match her very fancy custom made wedding ring. We went to Baxter's as we heard that Sarkis Diarbian is a master designer. After just two short weeks, he fashioned an absolutely fantastic platinum setting with unbelievable detail. The ring is nothing short of gorgeous. It looks spectacular on her finger and she was extremely impressed as was I. I found the customer service, greeting and level of professionalism outstanding. In spite of it being a truly custom made setting which my wife and Sarkis literally drew on a paper and he subsequently made a digital print for approval, the finished ring was even more impressive than we imagined and the cost was more than reasonable given the level of detail and quality of the setting and diamonds. Sarkis and Baxter's is now my "go to" jeweler in a state known for jewelry. I cannot recommend Baxter's and Sarkis enough. (Hide)

Most recently they worked on my mothers wedding bands after her marquis diamond had fallen out. Sarkis worked with us for a long time in the store to discuss change he could make to the ring. Tiffany was also with us during the whole process. My mother was nervous about leaving her rings and having so much work done on them but I assured that they were safe with Baxters. We just picked up the ring yesterday and my mother was so happy that I think she hugged almost everyone in the store. The ring is very sentimental for my mother as my father passed away 7 years ago but Baxters did an amazing job. They to kept the original integrity of the ring and the diamond but at the same time made it a completely new and truly beautful ring.
