I beg you please find another place! This place is awful.. the surgeon kelson Danielson doesn't even like animals. He was yelling at me telling me I had to end my best friends life an I paid for it no compassion at all. If I can save another owner from suffering at the hands of this place I will try.

Dr. Maggio is the BEST. She diagnosed a tumor in Kate's eye and successfully removed it. Kate did not lose any vision and, one year later, is doing great. Kate loves seeing Jen & Kate every time we come.

We had to take our 17 yr old Persian cat, Snowball, here after he suddenly became paralyzed on the rear half of his body. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. When we arrived, they immedietely took Snowball in to reduce his stress. Dr. Regan was very gentle and caring with him. She took the time to explain everything. We had to take him again the next night. The Dr. on duty was also very nice to Snowball and provided us with some great information. There was a chance he might improve, so we took him home again (he wasn't in pain). They charged us nothing for the visit since it was within 24 hrs. The next day, we took him back one last time to let him go in peace. The room we entered was already set up with dim lights, decorative pillows, and a comfy blanket for Snowball. Dr. Regan put him to rest and was very sweet and nice to him, even after he passed. It's so hard for me to write this so soon after the event, but I felt it was important for others.

We brought our Lab in after a wheelbarrel fell and cut her head deeply one night. We were met with a dr immediately to see if there was damage to her eye. Thankfully there wasn't. She required stitches in a few places on her face. We had the option to keep her overnight and was told of the additional cost. The cost did not matter we just wanted her home asap. The estimate provided to us was more than what we ended up paying. I was extremely pleased with the drs and the ladies at the front desk. I must say this facility was much friendlier than their other site in Grafton. Our dog needs to have surgery on her leg and after consulting with Grafton we quickly opted to eventually have it at Angel because we received many conflicting reports on her issue and felt the drs just weren't qualified enough to give an adequate assessment of her situation. Giving the care she received the other night we will definitely have her assessed there and make a decision on where to go.

Beware of Tufts Vets. You will be met by inexperienced interns/residents on nights/weekends, when you will most likely require emergency care for your pet. Tufts routinely will not communicate with you when promised, will charge unecessary and very costly "lab" tests that will not aid in diagnosing or treating your beloved pet and will keep your low priority pet at their facility uncessarily, though you will be made to believe emergency care is needed . Unless you need to stablize an extremely sick pet in the immediate area, find another facility or wait to see your own, experienced vet to properly care for your pet in a timely manner. Tufts should be ashamed to have its name attached to this facility. Two horrible experiences with two very inexperienced vets at Tufts Vets Walpole in 3 years.

Our Newfoundland was hit by a car, breaking a vertabrae in her back.. Because our local vet didn't have the equipment to help her, they recommended Tufts. Our Newfy is now the proud owner of a vertabrae implant and is walking, swimming and enjoying her life! They were kind and patient, totally understanding of our financial situation and let us visit her during her week stay. I can't praise the Dr.'s and staff enough. You will not be disappointed.
