Farm Bureau is awesome. They are the best insurance company around today. I am proud to be a memeber.

Just don't try to contact them close to 5p. They don't answer. Try the local or on Fish Pond, its the same. And, They will bill you, but not send forms you might need that would benefit you, you get the bill that benefits them-only them. Then when you call, your agent is out and you get his voice mail. VERY FUSTRATING. I would not recomment them to anyone!!!! They get NO stars, but apparently they have to get at least 1 to submit this.

Its been a week since I reported my claim. I was given an adjusters # John but he has not even called or return any of my calls. The superviser same thing, keep getting voice mails all day, morning, afternoon, evening?? Horrible service would not get any insurance with them

How to save money with Texas Farm Bureau!! I had them for several years, paying almost 1000 every 6 months for 2 vehicles. Called them and said I was going to move to a different insurance company if I didn't get a better deal. Boom, they said they just started giving discounts for good credit and dropped my payments almost $500 bucks every 6 months. Ended up going with geico, even lower rate, same coverage and I don't have to pay the stupid membership fee every year. If you have Farm Bureau give this a shot.

I couldn't believe how much money I saved by switching my auto and home insurance to Farm Bureau. I had heard about them from a friend, so I called them up. The agent was very friendly, and he explained details on my policy that I had never understood before. On top of that he saved me a lot of money. I am a happy customer.
