WACO Independent School District is a public coeducational institution located in Waco, Texas. It comprises elementary, middle, high and magnet schools, and offers classes to students in grades kindergarten through 12. Its curriculum includes various subjects, such as English, math, social studies, science, computer applications and world languages. Its schools comprise cafeterias, gymnasiums, fine arts classrooms, and computer and science labs. It offers a wide range of sports, such as football, soccer, softball and baseball and marching band competitions. The school offers special education to students with mental and physical disabilities. It operates a parent-teacher association that provides funds and promotes various annual functions at the school.
