Great Experience. Nothing like Sweet Eats bakery. Would love for them to make a tv show about them.

Amazing food, and amazing people. I have seen them bend over backwards for their customers. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years.

I wish I could give it no star. These people are horrible. Someone ordered a cake for her sister's baby shower. She left 150.00 deposit. Tragically, the baby passed before the shower. The sister called and asked if they had started on her cake yet. They said no, they hadn't started any of it. She explained the very delicate situation and asked, since they hadn't started it yet, if she could get her deposit back. AND THEY SAID NO!!!!! Someone unexpectedly lost their baby girl and the bakery refused to give back a deposit on a cake they hadn't even started prepping. Because, "It is not their policy to refund deposits" !! You people want to buy a cake from someone like that? Especially their ridiculously overpriced cakes? They didnt even suggest an alternative, something like "Im sorry we cannot refund your deposit, but we could make you up some nice platters of pastries for the services" Nope. Nothing. Actually they should have refunded the deposit AND sent over some platters. Dont tell me Sweet Eats is running on that thin of a profit margin that they cant afford to send some pastries to an infants funeral!

There specialty cakes are in a league all their own....

I came in on a Sunday an hour before they closed to purchase a cake and to order a custom cake for my daughter's party which I couldn't do since I wanted a tiered cake and will have to be ordered at the voorhees location. I told them I would go over there probably in an upcoming wk since it's about 30-45mins away from my location. Anyway, I bought a cake cost $22 but ended up costing me $42 since they didn't give me the exact change. I called them about it and maybe get me a credit when I order my cake. I was told I would get a call back same day. Never did. Called next day, also told will call me back! None again. Third day, I had enough, basically, just told them I will not be doing business with people who doesn't even have the time for their customers with no apologies.

Just an FYI to new/current customers, pls be careful spending any money at this business because you will not get your product! If they can steal from me, they will to you too.

As for the cake, not that good. You're better off going to columbus cupcakery which has the best cakes and cupcakes.

Today is a good friends birthday. I am picking up a carrot cake from Sweet Eats and am excited because it is his favorite cake in the world. He has never tasted a cake from Sweet Eats. It is a great experience to introduce a friend to the best carrot cake and bakery around.

Anytime I need a cake for a special event I go to Sweet Eats! Their cakes etc are delicious and worth the travel...I live just south of Hammonton NJ.
