All rooms are private and many with private bathrooms. We have 24 awake staff in a beautiful open new home to assist residents all day and all night when needed. We are located in Vista, North County. Silver Oak Country Estates is unique among assisted living homes, all three homes are next to each other, offering an intimate setting, but yet great socialization opportunities with fellow residents. Lorena is a long-time resident in Vista, active in a large Vista church and is the mother of two. We provide personalized, professional care in luxury surroundings.
