Silver Oak Country Estates for Senior Living Our goal is to provide board and care benefits that are missing in other senior residences in North County. Silver Oak Country Estates is unique among assisted living homes. See for yourself. Come and visit our beautifully furnished, brand new homes. Silver Oak Country Estates are custom built new homes for board and care of the elderly care and services individual service plan for each resident. Personal care includes showering and bathing, mobility and transferring, monitoring of safety oversight by a registered nurse with extensive hospital, clinical and elderly care experience. Monthly wellness visits by a licensed On-Staff nurse and meals are personally planned with a wide variety of choice, pleasing appearance and healthy nutrition. We offer three delicious well-balanced meals daily with a variety of menu choices. Meals are served in a common dining room and a cozy kitchen café with fresh baked goods for meals and snacks available throughout the day. Our beautiful facilities comes with full-shelved library with comfortable seating and good lighting, large individual rooms with individually, connected bathrooms and lockable doors. Rooms are furnished in traditional style or residents may bring their own furnishings. Our Founder Lorena Eckert is the owner/founder of Silver Oak Country Estates Assisted Care Homes. She is a Registered Nurse with expertise in Assisted Care Facilities, Home Care Agencies and Acute Care Facilities. Since 1993, she has practiced nursing at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla. Lorena is a long-time resident in Vista, active in a large Vista church and is the mother of two.

5 star review for a 5 star establishment! The care given at Silver Oak is of the highest caliber. Each resident is treated with the utmost compassion and empathy. The staff go out of their way to make sure that personalized needs are met and that the guests are engaged in daily activity. It has become a family joke that we can not wait to get to "check in" to Silver Oak and experience the resort type accommodations!

This is the most amazing facility I have ever seen. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to take a tour and meet Lorena and her staff. I totally entrust my parents comfort and wellness to them.
