Feet are not designed to walk on concrete but we have to walk on concrete everywhere we go. These shoes have relieved the planar fasciitis pain in my right foot by allowing the flex in my walk being taken by the spring in the shoe. They also help ease some of the pain in my arthritic knee. I am 68 and use to walk 2 miles a day but only on a treadmill that had a flex bed and I had to walk very slowly at times and stop periodically. With the Z-coil shoes I can walk 3 to 4 miles a day, mostly without slowing or stopping. Linda Mclaughlin

My first day with my Z-Coil athletic shoes and I taught 6 classes of P.E. and the lesson was jump-rope skills! I did a lot of demonstrations and jumping with the kids! Zcoil makes the most amazing shoes ever! I have spent the past ten years searching for a comfortable pair of shoes. I've tried all kinds. None compare.I have debilitating hip and back pain that used to jar me with every step. I use to have severe pain in my knee and tried the Sketchers and they only made my condition worse. I later found out that the rocker shoes are not good for me because they don't provide the right kind of support for me. I had seen other nurses in Z-Coil footwear and was concerned about the price but within a week of having them my knee pain was gone. I use to have trouble bending down because of the pain but I can now bend down without any difficutly. I now were them everyday to work and couldn't do my job with out them. I shouldn't of waisted my money on other products that don't work. I could of bought 10 pairs of Z-Coil's with all the money I have wasted on other shoes. They work and I am so happy there is a store in Virginia Beach because eventhough you can buy them over the internet you can't beat going into the store and making sure they are fitted properly.
