Buyer beware. Make sure that you know exactly what you are getting, the time frame to complete and that all permits are correct. We are 12 weeks into our project with no end in sight - because of the mistakes they made on our permit, additional costs are up near $4000 on top of the $33,000 we were contracted to pay. I would rather have had them tell me that they didn't know what they were doing than to leave me, my backyard, and my wallet in the condition it is now.

Pools by Baxter has THE best customer service in the area. From the inital phone call, to the sales rep that came to my home, and the wonderful crew that installed the pool. Not only do they have the best structure in town they have a wonderful retail store and service department. They have been taking care of me and my pool ever since. Kudos to Baxter!!!

I found Baxter to be rude with an immature girl running the office. She wouldn't even take my number when I tried to obtain information. Only because they were local did I try to establish an appointment more than once. Three times to be exact and when the BIG day finally arrived, they were late! How have you stayed in business so long?

The best construction company that we worked with through constructing our entire house, we had no problems and they were always there every step of the way. They have the best product so I will never worry about a wall caving in or having to replace this pool. Their customer service is excellent from construction to retail, everyone really cares about each customer like we are family. I look forward to working with them many years down the line. They also helped me design my entire backyard and it is heaven. I highly recommend them for anyone who wants to be taken care of the way all businesses should be. I love my paradise!

Shop around !!!! Anytime I hear someone is looking at buying a pool, All I do is tell them to come and visit my house and see my pool that was installed by Pools by Baxter. They leave thanking me. Seeing is believeing, and they never Baxter a second look. I bought the biggest pool they had with all bells. From day one I had large sink holes in the deep end. They tried to fix 3 times putting in well pointes etc etc. no joy. Bruce then comes by and says we'll have to come back an fix it when we replace the liner. 10 years later I still have 3 and 4 foot round sink holes in my deep end about 3 inches deep. I bought a dented Caddy. As unhappy as I am with my pool and the money I spent I enjoy known Pools By Baxter has lost more sales because of there workmanship and the way Mr Bruce Baxter takes care of his buisness. Best of all I did say any at all tell now. Why you ask now because I wasn't surprized to see some else that was unhappy with Baxter pools.

Great customer service and a wonderful product

We had a pool and hot tub installed by Baxter Pools, only to have to remove the hot tub later, replace the liner due to floating and the concrete crumbled. Bruce Baxter came out to see our problems we were having, and promised to fix them, but they were empty promises. NOTHING was done so we had to take out the hot tub which was then useless.

It cost us several thousand dollars, which we should have taken to court, if we had any money left!
