I used this service to tow my car to my home. When they were towing my car, it fell down. I was suspicious of something like this happening because of their name, and I was shocked when it actually happened. I hope nobody else has to go through this. I did like the color scheme of their tow truck though, so I'll give them a 5/5.

Eric Harris is as honest as the day is long!!! He will always tell you the truth and will never charge until the problem is fixed. If other shops have dissapointed you in the past....try these guys...they are the BEST!!! Greg

We have been loyal customers for almost 10 years & not until the recent episode have we been disappointed. We had to return the vehicle 3 times (initial charge of $200 for simple carburetor cleaning) before the issue was correction. Each time, the repairs took over a week. LBA is short-staffed currently & the workmanship has definitely changed. The folks are great to work with but there is definitely a worsening of expertise.

Took my car to an independent garage and was quoted 2400.00 for repair. Brought my car to London Bridge Auto my car was repaired for 80.00 plus had extra service done beyound my initial problem.. The staff is wonderful, friendly and above honest.

When I had a Nissan and a Toyota, these guys always gave me a good price on repairs (I shopped around) and did good work. They are also the best place to go for a 2nd opinion on car repairs as some of the new car dealers in this area are not as moral as they could be. I had a Nissan dealer try and tell me I needed a $500 service before they could diagnose the reason my car wouldn't start. I had the car towed to London Bridge Auto and it turned out to be no more than a FUSE needing replacement! These are good guys who do good work.

Took my car to them for the first time today and I couldn't be happier! I called yesterday to have my breaks replaced and they were able to acommodate me next day. The person who inspected my car in April (at Meineke) said that my brakes just barely passed inspection and needed to be replaced. I couldn't afford it til now so I figured they'd be horrible after 3 more months. They called me later in the day to say that my brakes were FINE! They even double checked them after I told them about the inspector from Meineke. I'm THRILLED to say that I've found an HONEST repair shop and that I will continue to take my car there from now on!!

These guys are the best! I have been taking my cars to them for several years. I wouldn't go to anyone else, and have recommended them to many other people--all of whom have been VERY happy with their work. They always go above and beyond to repair your vehicle. Honest, reliable, and reasonable.

Great honest technicians. Will not try to cheat you in any way. They treat me like family. Did excellent work on my cars. Even did a couple other things above and beyond what I paid them to do! They are great!
