Wonderful place with wonderful staff! Konikoff Dentistry is the best if the BEST!

I was so impressed with Konikoff Dentistry! I have never seen such a well run destist office. I felt completely comfortable with the hygenist and dentist and knew that I was getting state of the art care because it is such a "new" office. The dentist was very gentle and explained everything as we went along. I love all the technology and being able to watch TV while they are working away in my mouth. Great fish tank too!

I just came back from my first visit to Konikoff and I was impressed. My friend told me they were great, and they truly lived up to it. The staff was so friendly and the waiting room was actually relaxing. For someone who doesn't like going to the dentist, I've already booked my next appointment.

I've never had a bad experience at Konikoff Dentistry. The staff is super friendly, from the front desk to the dental assistants to the dentist. A cleaning is done is a reasonable time, they have convenient locations and their office is clean and relaxed. You can request appointments online and their staff is really organized and always follows up with you. Overall Konikoff is a great experience!

No dentist is on my christmas list... I wish I did not have to go to one at all. Its an expensive process even with decent insurance its expensive.... So with my disdain for dentistry as a profession I will say the Konikoff practice has been as good as any dentist I have seen an certainly better than some. I have not experienced long wait times for scheduled appointments but maybe I have been lucky thus far. They have been pleasant enough to deal with and have been good about trying to keep me comfortable throughout all dental procedures... I hate going to the dentist you pay a hefty price to be made miserable but I guess I should have flossed better.

When I received the bill, I found I was charged for a procedure done on only one side and not the other. I had to argue with the financial secretary and threaten to report the practice to my dental insurance company before the charges for work not done were removed. I would not go here again.

Let me start out by stating that the dental assistants are wonderful! However the rest if the services are not savory. They kept performing unnecessary procedures, fillings that were put in 6 months ago were magically "leaking" and needed to be replaced, but they would only do 1-2 teeth at a time and have you back for several appts. One of the dentist in particular kept hitting me in the teeth with the instruments. My spouse refused to go back after they decided that a wisdom tooth needed to be pulled, only because of a slight cavity, that if filled may get worse later on. They had another dentist take over and pulled the tooth (that was pretty healthy) while awake and no prior warning of options (like being put to sleep) and waiting to get a ride home. They had to give me a root canal on a perfectly good tooth because they put a filling in it 4 times in one year (sm cavity was "leaking"). Stay away!!! They perform unnecessary procedures and charge an arm and a leg to do so. RUN!

This practice is the worst! It is impossible to get an appointment in an acceptable timeframe. 3-4 months wait is the norm. I was refused a same day appointment when I boke a tooth and was in pain. I had to go to another dental practice. When you do have an appointment, it can take hours because they expect you to sit there and wait while the dentist runs back and forth between patients. Quality of work is also below average.

By far the worst experience i have ever had was at Konikoff Dentistry. Long waiting periods before being seen....long after....etc. Rude pushy dentists trying to do more than necessary. Not good with children etc. Its all about money for them. They over charge every single time a procedure is done. Eventually you get the money back but it your insurance has to come through first then they keep your money in an account (drawing interest on your money). The assistance who do the cleaning are however very professional and courteous. I tried to work with them for over 4 year and its always the same thing. Also they scheduled too many cleanings one year (by a month) and the insurance didn't pay and Konikoff stated its our fault for not keep track of the schedule. That being said it takes literally months to schedule appointments for procedures and cleaning. Dont try to get a whole family in at one time or it will take over 8 months. STAY FAR AWAY!

The office is great, but even with insurance, it is still very expensive. Not for families on a budget.

Wonderful staff--very friendly & attentive. However, despite the number of dentists on staff, it is extremely difficult to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. 3 months wait is a bit too long for me! Too, there seems to be an overabundance of office staff--while it may be more efficient, paying for so many unnecessary salaries usually means higher costs for patients.
