I brought it to them noon that day and picked it up the next day at 5PM. Nothing seriously wrong was found. Lacey made some changes to my security software and cleaned up the startup process. He resolved our probem wth Live Mail 2011 - installed icon to defrag (we did not know why we could not defrag since we always had done so on 3 other computers) and even resolved a problem my husband was having in downloading from the computer to his iphone. He also resolved an issue that we did not understand - hardwire vs. wireless. We had both on the computer and we should have had only one.
