If you want to come out looking like someone used a weed whacker on your head, this is your place! If you're dissatisfied with your service, you get a kick in the back! I specifically went in there asking for a "trim" of my layers and came out with a VERY short bob (3 inches shorter). When I was upset, the girl said "Well, I know how to cut a bob. I'm sorry if you don't like it." Problem is, I didn't ask for a bob. That's the idea she had in her head. Then, while she was razoring my neck, she tried to upsell me on highlights, knowing that I'm upset. They need to learn better business tactics. Listening to the kind of cut a person wants is the most basic task and they couldn't even do that! (Hide)
