      This is NOT a restaurant! It's a bar for local rummy's. If you're a hard core alcoholic, your liver is pickled or you're not afraid of food poisoning then Grumpy's may be the place for you. If you have any standards at all, STAY AWAY! Any food sold here, has not been approved by Public Health. Annoying bartenders have zero legitimate food handling training. BEWARE.
