Trailer was up to expectations & I don't necessarily like the idea of having to pay for 3 days when I only used it for 2 but I knew that going into the deal. The reason for 3 stars is below average service. I was told from the begining it would be a few days after the return of the rental to receive my $100 deposit back. However, it took 3 calls -- 1 each on the 3rd, 6th, & 9th days after I had returned it before the check was cut & processed. And it is a check, not a deposit back into the account from which the deposit came. So in the end it took 10 instead of 3 days.
