(More) WARNING - Be careful when accepting a FREE upgrade cell phone. 1) It's NOT FREE 2) You will be charged a $100+ fee at the time you "upgrade" 3) They do not tell you that your plan will more then double with an updated phone. Even when I kept calling to find out why my cell phone went to $200 per month. I was told one amount when speaking with a representative but billed another. My bill rose to $800 even though I was not able to use my phone for the last 2 months I was still charged. Had mto have the phone shut off to avoid monthly fee. Then if you cannot pay the full amount owed up front you lose your number and cannot get it back even if you initiate a new plan. I have been a Sprint customer since 2006 but that makes no difference. I was not leveled with up front - BEWARE OF THE SMALL PRINT. ASK QUESTIONS - MOST PF ALL REMEMBER NOTHING IS FREE (Hide)
