I went to Michael Kelley salon a few weeks ago and had my hair cut and highlighted with Bethaney. I was new in town and was going to her b/c someone else on here said they tried her, so I called the salon and they said she was awesome. I really enjoyed my visit there and Bethaney was able to do what I wanted even-though, I was not giving the best description. I will go to her again!!!

On the website it says includes advance appointment for trial run and has a price of $85 and up. I was told the price of $100 which I was perfectly okay with then I was told it would also be $100 for the day of the wedding. I told the person who answered the phone that is not what your website says; it says the price includes the trial run. I was then handed off to the owner who told me that the hair stylist time is very important and hard to come by and that is the price and that I should think of it as a deposit. I then asked is that how you get away with saying includes advance appointment and she said yes. If it truly was a deposit then I should have been told the price would be $200 with a deposit of $100. I would be fine if I had been told that price to begin with.She ended up telling me she was refusing my business and that I was just someone looking for something for free and hung up on me. All I wanted was them to acknowlege what they adversite and what's offered are different

I have been going to MK for more than 8 years. I am frequently stopped and asked, "Who does your hair? I love it!" I have referred family, friends and even strangers to MK. Not only are the stylists friendly and knowledgable...they keep up on the lastest techniques and styles. I would personally recommend Lupita or Heidi. You will be greeted with a hug and a smile. And you will leave looking & feeling like a million bucks! For me, it is a time to relax, read a good book and let myself be pampered. The decor is fun. The energy is on fire. The staff is friendly. The service is excellent. The stylists are on top of their game. Michael Kelley's Salon and Day Spa ROCKS!

I've been going to Michael Kelley's for years. My first appointment with Jessica, was the result of an online recommendation that I had read... and now, I feel that it's time to "pay it forward" and let others in on the best hair stylist and makeup artist around.



My visits to Michael Kelley's are relaxing. I know that I can trust Jessica. She is an excellent listener. Ask for subtle natural highlights and she does it, a couple of inches off, she does it and even my unspoken thought of "make me look younger", she does that too. No worries!!! All this, while telling me stories that make me laugh.



Perhaps you have an important occasion and need makeup professionally applied? Go to Jessica and you won't be disappointed. (Not just my opinion; it's why so she's so popular with brides and often works with Hollywood's television personnel.)



Jessica is kind, patient and professional; a artist who knows her craft. She provides great hair, great makeup, great advice. What more can you ask for? I am truly a very satisfied customer.

My hair stylist was BETHANEE!!!! everytime i go to her she always does a great job!!! im always switching salons...and i finally found a salon that im going to stick to! everybody is so nice there! I also got my eyebrows waxed for the first time, and i was scared, cuz all my friends get them done elsewhere and there always like the lady messed up my eyebrows up!....but i went to KERI!!!!!! and she did an awesome job! i loved them! and she took me to a relaxing room with nice music and the sound of water was great!!!!! and when BETHANEE was on maternity leave i had to see someone else in the salon which was LINDSEY!!!!! she was great too! everybody there does an awesome job! THEY DO IT ALL THERE! THANK YOU MICHAEL KELLEYS!!!!!

Hair cut and color: ask for Nichole. I am not sure what doesn't click as this place has lots of potential. I think they need to get better flow and organization by the front staff. I asked about getting a massage and facial. I was told the person to speak to would be in sometime later that day and I could call back (I was standing in front of the desk after a hair appointment). One lost customer... I expected a little more from them. Taking it up a couple of notches would be nice for the price ones pays.

arrived at 8 am schedule for salt sea scrub (cold water & no steam), massage (great but waited 1 hr to have it after freezing salt sea scrub), manicure/pedicure (again it was fine-but waited 45 minutes to begin after massage), hair treatment (good treatment but long wait after nails), hair cut after treatment, was ok, added front layers to my long, long hair - very choppy - no flow, from short to long - looks like a mulletI was there 8 hrs, paid over 300 to relax - but didn't due to the WAITING!!!!
