To help people develop their claim to prove up a medical impairment that precludes them from working in any job in the national economy our office provides the following services: - Obtaining medical evidence of disability -Reopening past applications -Establishing a disability per the "listing of impairments" -Invoking a trial work period -Assessing the ability to perform other occupations -Applying the case law, statutory provisions of the Social Security Act, administrative guidelines and Social Security Rulings to the claimant's case
