So after doing a lot of research and finding a newly reduced Honda Pilot on autotrader I emailed an enquiry to the Internet department of Cramer. As soon as the dealership opened I received a call from Dan Butts of e Internet department. I was in and out with the pilot after only 2 hours. I appreciate the promptness and no Nonsence way in which he sold me the car. He was able to get me the price I wanted without having to spend all morning in the dealership. I have to admit that I may have been a difficult customer constantly needing reminders of pricing because I am not use to dealerships saying what they mean and meaning what they say. I must have asked the out the door price at least three times and of course it never changed. My entire experience from Dan to Paul was excellent and I would definatly recommend this dealership and especially Dan of the Internet department to anyone. (Hide)

I will never buy from Cramer Honda again. I bought a new 2013 Honda, there were many costs on the contract that were never discussed as to the actual cost of the services or agreements.

My mother leased a 2012 Honda Civic LX sedan and the deal we got was amazing. I'll tell you right now the salesman Bill Moser is one of the best in the business, VERY nice to have a conversation with and not pushy at all, I get the feeling that he can read people very well and knows what they want. Chris, the manager was also an extremely nice person to deal with, he really gives you the feeling that you're part of a family once you purchase a Honda from them. For what it's worth, my mother was so against leasing, but after hearing the deals that Honda gives its leasee's, she couldn't say no. I know Dean Harris who is service manager and who also is a great guy. Overall this location has an extremely friendly staff and even though my mothers credit rating is 823, we still left feeling as though we got the best deal possible. 5 stars!!! (Hide)
